We are experiencing some incredible times right now. Amidst the “chaos” lies so much beauty. Grandmother earth is finally getting the breath of fresh air she needs. The significant decrease in pollution has cleared skies, lands and water.
People are connecting with each other like never before. Communities across the world are coming together, helping and supporting one another.
We have more time with ourselves, giving us the opportunity to really connect with the body and tune into whats going on in our inner world. Becoming aware of thoughts, feelings, sensations and perceptions.
The external environment is just a mirror of our internal environment. We are constantly being shown the reflection or ourselves with every experience we have. The world is working WITH us, showing our reflection and giving us the opportunity to use it as a tool to change what we don’t like.
You have the choice whether to experience this objective reality from a place of fear or a place of Love. If you aren’t coming from Love you are coming from fear, its that simple!
If you aren’t satisfied with your current vibration, look into it. Meditation is a great method to use for this. Sit in silence, focus on the breath, ground yourself and when your ready ask the universe to show you what you need to do to raise your vibration. Be open and receptive to any and all messages that come. Journaling is a great tool to use in conjunction with this.
Another great method is………..That’s right, DOWSING! This is a great time to get out your dowsing tools. There are many different tools used to dowse with: you can use a pendulum, rods or muscle testing to name a few.
Dowsing is just focused intuition. You can connect with universal energy & information in many different ways!
